PITTSBURGH — Giant Eagle may be considering a location for its second Express format, according to a local newspaper. The Advance Leader in Oakmont, Pa., reported yesterday that the town has been “in contact” with the retailer about replacing an independently owned Giant Eagle, which is closing, with the smaller Express store.
