BOISE, Idaho -- Albertsons LLC here said Friday it plans to close 11 unprofitable stores in Texas by March 11. The closures will affect approximately 770 employees. A spokeswoman said employees in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex will be offered positions at nearby stores, while those in other regions who cannot relocate will receive severance pay.
