MAULDIN, S.C. — Bi-Lo is laying off 130 employees from its offices here, according to local reports. The cuts are set to begin April 17, according to GSA Business, a local journal for the Greenville-Spartanburg area. The newspaper reported on its website that Bi-Lo has not disclosed what positions were eliminated.
