CARSON, Calif. — Bristol Farms here unveiled a hot wok Asian fusion station at a remodeled store that opened Wednesday in Newport Beach, Calif.
Customers can fill a bowl with vegetables, sprouts and a protein — beef, chicken, tofu or noodles — and hand it to a chef, who cooks the ingredients and hands the finished dish back to the customer.
