CLEVELAND — A “celebration of life” service has been scheduled at Cleveland Browns Stadium here Monday, Aug. 22, for Charlie Bowlus, founder and chief executive officer of Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing, or ECRM, who died Aug. 11.
