WARRENVILLE HEIGHTS, Ohio — Officials in Glenview, Ill., have voted to approve a proposed ground lease that would allow Heinen’s to build a new grocery store there. The store, tentatively slated to open in 2014, would be Heinen’s second in Illinois.
