HOLLAND, Ohio -- Members of United Food and Commercial Workers Local 911 voted “nearly unanimously” to authorize a strike or other economic action against Kroger Co., Cincinnati, in the event a new labor agreement cannot be reached with the chain, the union said yesterday.
