PHOENIX — Sprouts Farmers Market, which completed its acquisition of Henry's and Sun Harvest Markets last week, expects to begin putting the Sprouts banner on the nine Texas-based Sun Harvest stores in mid-July and to begin rebannering the 34 Henry's in California at the beginning of August, Doug Sanders, president of Sprouts, told SN.
