WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — Tops Friendly Markets here said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire a single independent supermarket in North Boston, N.Y., and plans to convert it to the Tops Market banner. Terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close July 9, were not disclosed. The store, North Boston Market Place, measures 10,000 square feet and employs about 30 people.
