MONTREAL — Walmart Canada and the United Food and Commercials Workers union have reached a settlement in a legal dispute over a union website, walmartworkerscanada.ca. Walmart Canada in 2009 sought an injunction against the labor-rights website on copyright infringement, arguing among other things that the site used a logo similar to that of the retailer.
