AUSTIN, Texas — Whole Foods here said yesterday it has completed the previously announced sale of all 35 Henry’s Farmers Markets and Sun Harvest Markets to Smart & Final, Los Angeles, for about $166 million. Smart & Final also acquired a Riverside, Calif., distribution center in the transaction.
