KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Yucaipa Cos. has made another bid to acquire Interstate Bakeries here out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Interstate said Friday. The bid, which values Interstate at $580 million, was made along with the Teamsters union but does not include Bimbo Bakeries, the Mexico-based partner included in Yucaipa’s initial bid for Interstate in November.
