BOULDER, Colo. — Sunflower Farmers Market here said it would open a new store in Longmont, Colo., later this year. The 25,000-square-foot market will take over the former Borders Bookstore space in the St. Vrain shopping center, and will feature natural and organic offerings the company said would appeal to “health-conscious, budget-savvy” shoppers.
