CARLISLE, Pa. — Ahold USA here said Monday that David Lessard has been promoted to vice president of produce and floral, effective immediately.
He most recently was director of produce at Ahold USA. In his new role Lessard will be responsible for strategically leading, directing, designing and approving category management business plans and portfolio plans for the produce and floral teams.
Lessard has more than 25 years of experience in produce and floral at both the store and corporate levels. Prior to joining Ahold in 2010, Lessard held management positions with Giant-Landover and A&P/Pathmark.
