Living for a year in Italy inspired Don Sader and his wife Georganne to open Local Choice Produce Market in Portland, Ore. The market strives to only sell local products, from produce to manufactured goods. However, the realities of the Northwest growing season and customer demand have forced the Saders to make some compromises.
