Great for packers & retailers! This allows them to hide & sell their #2 or lower grade product at a higher price, so they are all for it. Personally I prefer picking my own.

Agreed!

I suspect these findings are skewed away from the average shopper. Nothing beats look, touch, smell, choose!

I and all those I know, if given the choice, will not buy anything but single fruit and vegetables.

And not to mention the expanded carbon footprint and just plain waste for unnecessary packaging.
