Small Suppliers Not Good at Recalls, Says Kroger Executive
WASHINGTON — While most large manufacturers contact Kroger directly about product recalls, medium and small suppliers are not as forthcoming, said John Kolenski, director, food safety and regulatory compliance for the Cincinnati-based retailer.
