SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The California Grocers Association here said it has named John Armstrong manager of government relations. He succeeds John Kennedy, who left CGA. Armstrong will be responsible for bill tracking and analysis, regulatory analysis, member relations and coalition development. He was formerly a campaign adviser for United Way in the Northern California Bay Area.
