WILLITS, Calif. — C&K Markets has converted a former Ray’s Food Place here to a new EDLP grocery banner called Lo Buck$.
The 40,000-square-foot store features a “wall of values” at the entrance, a large Hispanic foods selection, sharp pricing on wine and spirits and a dollar store within the store. Lo Buck$ also has a selection of natural and organic items, fresh meats and fresh produce.
“Lo Buck$ meets many of the demands our current economy places on our customers,” said Greg Sandeno, president and chief executive officer, C&K Market.
