JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Winn-Dixie Stores here said it has named James P. Olson to its board of directors. Olson is a 35-year food industry veteran who worked for PepsiCo, Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery and Kraft Jacobs Suchard. He most recently was senior vice president of operations for PepsiCo in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
