ARLINGTON, Va. - Food Marketing Institute has relocated its headquarters to the Crystal City area here, effective Monday. The association, seeking to reduce its costs, had told SN in July that it planned to occupy space here that formerly housed offices for U.S. Airways. FMI had said it would maintain a separate office for about 15 government-relations workers on Capitol Hill.
