LOS ANGELES — Food 4 Less here said its workers in Southern California have ratified a new, four-year contract. Details were not immediately available. Kroger Co., Cincinnati, parent of Food 4 Less, said the new contract calls for wage increases. The 5,700 workers covered by the pact are members of seven different locals of the United Food and Commercial Workers union.
