MONTVALE, N.J. — William A. Louttit, former chief operating officer at Grand Union and chief executive of A&P’s Northeast region, was named executive vice president, sales and marketing for Isbre Holding Corp., a Norway-based bottled water company establishing a U.S. headquarters here, Isbre said. Louttit began his retail career as a part-time clerk in a Grand Union supermarket before rising to become executive vice president and COO at the chain. Grand Union is now a division of C&S Wholesale Grocers, Keene, N.H.
