CHICAGO — Mariano's Fresh Market is scheduled to open its first downtown Chicago store Tuesday — its fourth in the Chicagoland market. The banner, owned by Milwaukee-based Roundy's Supermarkets, is named after Bob Mariano, chief executive officer of Roundy's and the former CEO of Chicago's Dominick's chain.
