MEMPHIS — More than 9,000 workers at Kroger stores in the retailer’s Delta Division here have voted to ratify new labor agreements, the Cincinnati-based company said. The two contracts cover 80 Kroger stores in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Kentucky. Workers were represented by United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1529.
