MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. — A dispute between Mrs. Green’s Natural Market and its workers seeking to organize is set to go to trial next month.
The National Labor Relations Board has set aside results of a May union vote at the store and will seek another vote. The union seeking to represent the workers, Local 1500 of the United Food and Commercial Workers, Westbury, N.Y., alleged the store violated federal labor law in the lead-up to the vote.
Mrs. Green’s, owned by Natural Markets Food Group, Irvington, N.Y., could not be reached for immediate comment.
