Pathmark Stores Roll Out Wild Oats Private Brands

CARTERET, N.J. -- Pathmark Stores here and Wild Oats Markets, Boulder, Colo., said Tuesday that Pathmark has added Wild Oats brand private-label goods to all of its 141 stores. About 150 different natural and organic products have been added, the retailers said, including specialty products such as imported Italian sodas, balsamic vinegar, organic fruit spreads and flatbread crackers. The retailers, both of which are partly owned by Los Angeles-based investment group Yucaipa, announced the partnership late last year.
