PHILADELPHIA -- Workers at 10 Philadelphia-area ShopRite stores voted last week to approve new three-year contracts, the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1776 here said. The deal calls for pay raises of $1.35 per hour for employees with four years‘ experience and for ShopRite to boost its contributions to pension plans, the union added.
