SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — Piggly Wiggly Midwest said Tuesday that it would open a new Piggly Wiggly supermarket at the site of a former Kmart store in Beloit, Wis. The retailer said the new store will occupy around 50,000 square feet of the building, and plans call for a junior anchor to occupy around 20,000 square feet.
