SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Penn Traffic here on Friday said it was seeking court approval to sell four of its P&C stores to Price Chopper Supermarkets, Schenectady, N.Y., for an undisclosed sum. In a filing with bankruptcy court, Penn Traffic said Price Chopper had previously offered $12.3 million in cash for the four stores, which are located in Massena, Potsdam, Gouverneur and Canton, N.Y.
