With the departure of Donna Robbins as president of Albertsons' Northern California division, Woody Hunter will maintain his title as regional director of the Albertsons stores, with responsibility for overseeing daily operations; he will report to Junqueiro. Another Albertsons veteran, Kathy McKenna, will continue as vice president, distribution, at the Roseville and Vacaville distribution centers acquired from Albertsons. In another change, Ron Riesenbeck, vice president and chief financial officer, was promoted to senior vice president. Save Mart will convert two Albertsons -- in Visalia and Kingsburg, in central California -- to the Save Mart banner early in April, with stores in Fresno to follow. The company said it will decide before the end of the year what banner to put on the Albertsons stores. -- Elliot Zwiebach
