SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — Longtime Stater Bros. employees George Frahm and Dennis McIntyre have been promoted to new positions, the retailer here said this week. Frahm, who joined Stater Bros. in 1973, has been promoted to executive vice president of retail operations. Frahm most recently served as group senior vice president of retail operations. McIntyre was named executive vice president of marketing. He joined Stater in 1978 and served most recently as senior vice president of marketing.
