CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Susser Holdings here said Friday that it has reached an agreement to acquire the parent company of Town & Country Food Stores in a deal combining two Southwest convenience-store operators. Susser operates 330 c-stores in Texas and Oklahoma. Town & Country, based in San Leandro, Texas, runs 140 c-stores in Texas and New Mexico.
