MINNEAPOLIS — Target here will debut a smaller urban store format in Seattle in 2012, and open similar stores in 10 other urban markets in coming years, reports said Friday. Officials of the company revealed the plans at a press event here Friday. The urban stores, measuring 60,000 to 100,000 square feet, would focus on basic necessities, according to an Associated Press report.
