BUFFALO, N.Y. — Tops Markets here on Friday said it would buy back a warehouse in Lancaster, N.Y., it had sold to its supplier, Keene, N.H.-based C&S Wholesale Grocers, in 2002. Terms were not disclosed. C&S will continue to operate the 1-million-square-foot distribution center, a spokeswoman for Tops told SN.
