Winn-Dixie stock climbed from $13.80 to $15.08 on Friday, and closed Monday at $16.17, giving the company a market value of $1.1 billion. The company is expected to report quarterly sales and earnings results soon, its first such reports since emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
