Relay Foods, the Charlottesville, Va.-based Internet natural and organic food retailer, opened for business in the Durham, N.C., market on Monday, allowing shoppers to pick up orders at any of three locations in the city. The company said it planned to expand to other locations in the Research Triangle in coming weeks.
