Two of the stores — in South Fayette and Kennedy Township — are being acquired by Giant Eagle, Pittsburgh; the other two, in Bethel Park and Wilkins Township, are being sold to the Duritza family, which operates five other franchised Shop ‘n Save stores.

The decision to sell the four stores was described as “a strategic business decision made in the interests of the family.”
