NACDS Marketplace Ends With Food Bank Donation

SAN DIEGO — The National Association of Chain Drug Stores said yesterday it has donated three semi-truck loads of consumer goods to the San Diego Food Bank. For this initiative, NACDS gathered a wide range of products from exhibitors at the annual NACDS Marketplace Conference, held this week at the San Diego Convention Center. The donations represent the “front end” products available in chain pharmacies, cosmetics and toiletries, health and hygiene products, food and beverages, household supplies, and other consumer goods.
