BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Wal-Mart Stores here said it will add Camille's Sidewalk Cafes to its portfolio of in-store restaurants. Camille's joins a growing list that includes McDonald's, Subway and El Pollo Loco with locations of specific franchises geared "to formats that are successful and that resonate with customers," a Wal-Mart spokeswoman told SN. Although she said Wal-Mart has not yet determined where the first Camille's will be located, a newspaper in Tulsa, Okla., where Camille's is based, quoted the company as indicating the first would open within a year at a supercenter in Austin, Texas, followed by a second location in Scottsdale, Ariz. Camille's operates 107 franchised units around the world, offering a health-oriented menu of wraps, salads, pizzas, sandwiches and smoothies.
