RedPrairie Acquires StorePerform Technologies

MILWAUKEE - RedPrairie here and StorePerform Technologies, Denver, announced yesterday that they have signed a definitive agreement, whereby RedPrairie will acquire StorePerform and make it part of RedPrairie‘s Retail Productivity Solutions division (formerly BlueCube Software). StorePerform provides store execution management software; its customers include Best Buy, Lowe‘s and Borders. RedPrairie provides workforce optimization software. “Through this acquisition, we are providing customers an end-to-end approach by marrying best-in-class BlueCube Workforce Management with StorePerform Store Execution Management solutions,” said RedPrairie chief executive officer John Jazwiec, in a statement.
