HAYDEN, Idaho — Super 1 Foods, a nine-store independent here, has selected Revionics’ price optimization pay-as-you-go service, Revionics announced this week. In addition, DeLano’s IGA Markets, which operates eight stores in the San Francisco market, will also use the service, Revionics said. Super 1 Foods will use Revionics to optimize thousands of URM-supplied products weekly in each zone. “Understanding the impact of price changes in advance should help us fine-tune our price strategy and build our shopper’s market basket each visit,” said J. Strahan, general manager, Super 1 Foods, in a statement. Revionics will provide DeLano’s with weekly prices for each item in all categories optimized. DeLano’s will also utilize Revionics’ category management and analytics tools to monitor their store performance and results.
