Save Mart to Use Online Collaboration Tool for Fresh Foods

MODESTO, Calif. — Save Mart Supermarkets here has signed a multi-year agreement with iTradeNetwork, Pleasanton, Calif., enabling the chain to collaborate online with hundreds of its supply chain partners in the areas of procurement and transportation management in support of the fresh food category, iTrade announced yesterday. “We found that iTrade’s successful track record delivered the confidence we believe will help Save Mart meet our customer promise, while also making it easier for our supply chain partners to do business with us,” said Bob Piccinini, chairman and chief executive officer of Save Mart.
