Fresh & Easy Expands Green Things Line

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market has added several “Green Things” to its line of environmentally friendly cleaning and paper products.

Hand soaps, cleaners, detergent and reusable cleaning cloths and sponges made with plant-derived formulas that are biodegradable, pH-neutral and gentle on skin, are new to the chain. The hand soaps produce fewer suds to reduce rinsing and aid in water conservation. Reusable cloths are made from sustainably forested beech tree fibers.

Green Things products are made without phosphates, dyes, or 1-4 dioxane and are not tested on animals.

Excellent step forward. Congratulations.
Please, this year I moved out of California, after 48 years there; Long enough to see your entrance to our marketplace.
I can't remember if you have a bakery.
Those small ovens are super cheap.
Please, consider, next, making the best French rolls in town, or, the best sourdough bread in town. Bake a batch every 30 minutes to keep that "Fresh" Smell in your store for as long as you are open. OK, then, every hour. Donate unsold bread to charity.

It will help you sell everything else in your store as "Fresh".
It would be great for "Fresh & Easy".
Good luck with that. I would love to see you stay in our U.S.

Look to Trader Joe's & bring their winning formula to your store.
The whole industry knows how you woke us all, & everyone is copying you, in some form or another. Competition makes us all better. And, it's very good for the consumer.
