ConAgra Appoints Nordvik VP
Frozen Foods here has appointed Stein S. Hordvik to vice president of quality assurance. Most recently, he was senior director of quality assurance.
In this new position, Hordvik is responsible for managing all ConAgra Frozen Foods quality assurance functions, including product safety, government and regulatory relationships, product specifications, technical support, audits and the quality assurance laboratories.
ConAgra Frozen Foods is the manufacturer of Armour, Banquet, Chun King, Healthy Choice, Kid Cuisine, LaChoy, Marie Callender's, Morton and Patio brand products.
Matterhorn Taps Sales Manager
CALDWELL, Idaho -- Matterhorn Co. here has names Robert K. Neiffer Western regional sales manager. He succeeds D. Hardy Ware, who left the company.
Neiffer is responsible for managing the company's existing network of distributors, retailers and brokers in 19 states and developing new markets for Matterhorn's frozen desert novelties throughout the West.
Neiffer has represented and managed leading brands in the past, including Haagen Dazs, Breyer's, Klondike, Eskimo Pie and Dutch Girl.
