| NOTES | Estimated net sales for the latest fiscal year ended this month were favorably impacted by the December 2017 acquisition of Associated Grocers of Florida with reported annual sales of about $650 million and the June 2017 acquisition of Unified Grocers Inc. which had preceding fiscal-year sales of about $3.86 billion. Offsetting those latest-year gains were the approximately $3.53 billion lower sales in the latest year resulting from the preceding fiscal year -- December 2016 -- sale of the 1370-store Save-A-Lot chain to an affiliate of Onex Corp. for $1.37 billion in cash. |
