Vi-Jon Names Sapp Executive VP
has been named chief operating officer and executive vice president for Vi-Jon Laboratories here, a manufacturer of private-label health and beauty care products. This is a new position. Sapp will be responsible for sales, manufacturing, customer response and new business development.
John E. Oeltjen, previously president and chief operating officer, relinquishes the latter title to Sapp and continues as president of Vi-Jon. Sapp joins Vi-Jon from Confab Corp., Wayne, Pa., a private-label manufacturer.
