New Line Shifts Staff, Adds Posts
Line Home Video announced several staff appointments and additions last week.
In the marketing department, Patti Bodner has been named to the newly created position of vice president of marketing from her post as executive director. Bodner will be responsible for marketing objectives and budgets for all rental and sell-through titles from New line Home Video. She will oversee all areas of creative design, advertising and merchandising campaigns, publicity and promotion.
Cathy Mantegna-Scott has been named executive director of publicity and promotion. She was formerly director. Mantegna-Scott's responsibilities include developing and executing publicity and promotional activities for the company as well as interfacing with New Line Cinema's theatrical department and Bender, Goldman and Helper.
Sarah Olson has been named director of marketing. She joined New Line in 1992 as marketing manager.
Also, Jim Lieberthal has joined the staff as a marketing assistant.
In the sales division, Pamela Kelley has been named executive director of national accounts. She was director. Kelley is New Line's primary field representative and key sales liaison to Columbia TriStar's sales staff. The other change in the sales division involves Beth Gunderia, who has moved to the position of sales coordinator from sales assistant. Both Kelley and Gunderia will report to Kevin Kasha, vice president of sales for New Line Cinema.
