PATHMARK REPORTEDLY WOOING MAYFAIR

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. -- Pathmark Stores here is reportedly interested in acquiring the 30 Foodtown stores operated by Mayfair Super Markets, Elizabeth, N.J., and the two companies are said to be talking about a deal.
