Ala., has introduced ADEKs Pediatric Drops, a multivitamin supplement designed to meet the special nutritional needs of infants and children with malabsorptive conditions. The supplement contains vitamins A, D, E and K, plus other vitamins and minerals in a unique formulation. For example, vitamin E is in a water-soluble form that is more readily absorbed by the body. The drops come in a 60-mL bottle with a graduated dropper.

supplement targets Chronic Fatigue

Trask Industries, Somerset, N.J., has introduced Fibro Malic, a pain reliever for sufferers of fibromyalagia and chronic fatigue syndrome. The dietary supplement contains malic acid (1,200 mg per six tablets) and magnesium hydroxide 300 mg packaged in 180-tablet bottles. Tablets are said to be free of Alar, sugar, starch, corn antigens, animal, dairy, wheat and yeast products, fish oil, kelp, artificial colors and flavors, and preservatives.

Chewable Vitamin C introduced

Pharmavite Corp., Mission Hills, Calif., has introduced Nature Made Chewable Vitamin C 250-mg and 500-mg tablets. The chewable tablets are formulated with the flavor of real oranges and contain no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
